Those first days with your newborn are incredibly special and often a little overwhelming. That’s why I bring the entire experience to you.

My sessions are calm, baby-led, and never rushed. Your little one’s comfort and safety always come first, with plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and settling. I am experienced in safely handling and posing newborns.

With a gentle approach and a focus on natural, timeless images, I create photographs you’ll treasure for years to come.

A relaxed experience at home

I bring everything needed for your session. From wraps and blankets to a simple, natural setup so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

What to expect

1. Booking your session


We’ll pencil in a date around your due date, then confirm once baby arrives. I'll provide guidance on how to prepare and what to expect, making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

2. Relax and enjoy the moment


There's no need to rush or worry about having the perfect home. My sessions are baby led, allowing plenty of time for feeding, changing, cuddles, and settling. I gently guide you throughout while capturing the natural connection between you and your new baby.

3. Treasure your memories


After your session, I carefully edit each image and present them in a beautiful online gallery. You'll receive a collection of timeless photographs that preserve these precious early days and the love that surrounds your growing family.

FAQs

  • A £50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.

  • It’s best to book during your pregnancy to secure availability around your due date. I only take a limited number of sessions each month to allow for flexibility once baby arrives.

  • Newborn sessions usually take place within the first 5–14 days after birth, when babies are still very sleepy and scrunched. Once your baby arrives, we’ll confirm a date that works for you.

  • That’s completely okay. All sessions are baby-led, which means we follow your baby’s needs. There’s plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and settling, so there’s never any pressure.

  • Absolutely. These moments with you and your family are so important, and I always encourage including parents and siblings in your session.

  • I recommend keeping things simple with neutral, soft tones. Coordinating colours also look lovely!

  • You’ll receive your beautifully edited gallery within 2-3 weeks, where you can choose your favourite images.
